During festivals, sales, or special launches, processing time may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

Standard Delivery (Within India): 5–7 business days (may vary by location).

Express Delivery (If available): 2–4 business days

Remote or rural areas may take longer to delivery 

3. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹5000

For orders below this amount, a flat shipping charge of ₹250 will apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional handling fee.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

You can track your order on our website or through the courier partner’s portal.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we [do / do not] offer international shipping.

If available, delivery timelines and charges will vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

6. Delays & Responsibility

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen events.

Shree Ji and Sons will not be held responsible for delays once the order is handed over to the courier partner.

7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
